Victor Castellanos has been with WSI since 2003, initially working as a  Business Development Coach at WSI's Headquarters and since 2006 opened their own franchise with Monica and Esteban.

Before WSI, Victor worked for more than 25 years in the IT industry (20 years in Colombia and 5 years in Canada). He worked  mainly with mission critical applications for the financial services industry. The excellent quality of the Customer Service delivered was his signature. Among others, Victor have the following certifications:

Monica Suarez  brings more than 13 years experience in Marketing in the Cosmetics industry. Monica is an expert in information analysis and use her skill to track customers results.

Esteban Castellanos attended Humber College for journalism and is in charge of copy writing.

Andrea Suarez attended George Brown College for Graphic design.

Mariano Dearanaga worked as a  Business Development Coach at WSI's Headquarters and recently joined the WSI Lead Generation Team in charge of Social Media.
