Meet with your webmaster and take a look of the last 12 month reports for your website.
In particular look at the evolution of the following indicators:
1. Numbers of unique visitor/month
2. Number of pages browsed/visit
3. Average time/visit
4. Sources of traffic
5. Number and quality of the keywords
6. Number of people completing the contact form, downloading documents, etc.
If those numbers have been continuously growing and you are satisfied with the results then congratulate your web team.
Otherwise sit with them and make a plan to achieve your results, and follow through.
