If you are serious about making your website work for you, please do the following:

 

Ask some of your customers what keywords they type into Google or Yahoo when searching for your products or services.

 

Go to Google and type them, add the name of the city or neighborhood you are targeting. i.e. beauty products mississauga.

 

Are you on the first or second page? If you only see your competitors, guess where all those potential new customers are going; not to mention your existing loyal customers.

 

If you are satisfied with the results then congratulate your web team.

Otherwise meet with them, make your goals crystal clear and make a plan to improve your results then follow through.
